The 'Bordeaux Giant' Convallaria is very similar to other Convallaria with slightly larger blooms.  Convallaria add excitement to your garden because they are one of the earliest plants to bloom in the Spring.  They are sweet, highly fragrant spreading perennials that are very low maintenance.  They make a perfect ground cover, deer and rabbit resistant, as well as,  marvelous plants in shady spots or bare patches that need color.  They produce abundant blooms and make an excellent choice for arrangements.  They require full shade to partial sun.
