The Zahra Dahlia is an anemone-flowered dahlia with elegant, creamy-white blooms featuring a soft-yellow, tufted center that gives it a plush, powder-puff look.  Outer petals are crisp to creamy white, forming a neat, flat ray of petals around the center.  The center is densely packed, fluffy, and creamy to soft yellow, creating a textured, cushion-like heart that can resemble a small peony.  It has an upright habit suitable for beds, borders, and large containers.  The soft white-and-cream coloring fits well in romantic, wedding, or a moonlight garden schemes and mixes easily with pastels.
